good four years I was in the Organistion of DFRT's involved - a stunningly beautiful and sustainable development, the team from 2006 to today has done!
It counts not only the quantity, but every little encounter, be it on the bike or in meetings of the management team, for, as Heinz has written at some point again: "It has to run around - and behind the scenes." For professional and time constraints, I did last night goodbye from the part behind the scenes "took what was not easy for me.
"Above-the-scenes, I will again next year hopefully more often be at the start - I'm already on it!
Thanks to all who have contributed to the Diakonia Fund Racing team today that is what it is: a blue and white extended family!

The cable on Diakonia Fund Committee met today and Racing has scheduled the new year. Once the budget gets up, goes out an overview of planned activities for the year 2011. At the moment we assume that we will make in the overall planning so as this year.

We also plan to adapt our management to the increased requirements. Finally, we have grown significantly this year. Last year 117 bikers, one or more trips down to us, this year it was 145! How many of these will be good next year? Anyway, we want to be prepared for the coming years.
Sorry, unfortunately we have had to adopt Sandra. It is not in management tasks take longer. For us this is a painful loss, their dedication, competence and boosts their enthusiasm for our cause will be missed! But it will still be on our tours with it. I, and not only do I look forward now to seeing you again!

Making Ur Own Biohazard Suit
Day of German Unity and again season end
Like last year, my season ended in 2010 with the Münsterland Giro in the self-proclaimed capital of cycling Münster. This time was with the 90 km route, however, a slightly longer route to the program, this was a bit more hilly. 600 meters hear While at ridiculous are at racing speed but grueling.
From the beginning, a very high pace was down, so dividing that by the first long ascent to the first group. I was unfortunately in the second group - the long season and the lack of form now, unfortunately, made apparent. We spent quite a long time in a long sight behind the leaders, but never managed to connect, so that the pace slackened in the further increases. I was not far wrong, as my grains were fired after 60km. The group spent then until the finish and I sprinted after all, still a respectable 66th the goal.
Thus ended a tough season for me again with a perfectly organized race and a great weather. Then a couple of beers country were due! :-)
Many thanks to Friedel and his wife, Geli, the perfected with their hospitality this weekend! Next year I am on the day of German Unity related to 99% again in Münster
PS: If anyone know the pictures look closer and something like that as freckles on the face and the jersey recognizes - a dirt road was a bit dirty from the rain of days before
